Unlike other coaches that set specific time-frames for reaching your goals I don’t package my plans with cookie-cutter deadlines.  Working together, we will identify deadlines that work for you and for your particular goal and situation. 

*Also – unlike other coaches I do not have a set start and end date for our relationship.   

I am your coach for life.

As long as you need me, I am here – even if you are no longer set up on a monthly plan with me – you can always pick right back up if you need additional help.   


FREE INITIAL EMAIL CONSULTATION

Email me now for a FREE initial consultation.  This consult will help you decide if my coaching is for you and in the process you will receive personal advice, tips and motivation!

How To Start:

1) Email Me Now and let me know you're interested.

2) I'll will email you back with a Weight Loss Questionnaire.  

3) Once I receive your responses I'll respond with tips, advice and additional information about how I can help you reach your individual goals.  This initial email consultation will allow us to determine the level of coaching that is best for you and again, if we are a good fit. (And likely we are if you have browsed this site and like what you see!)  

4) Next, once we decide the best level and type of coaching to fit your needs, order one of the monthly packages below to get started!

Email Consultations:

Because phone consults are often difficult to schedule – email consults are the perfect alternative.  Not only can you email me at your leisure but all emails act as a recorded log for you to go back and refer to again and again!



1 Email Consult Per Week:  Email me each week at your convenience telling me about your schedule, challenges and weight loss goal for the week.  I will respond with any tips, ideas or additional plans I feel you should implement in order to have the most successful week possible.



Unlimited Consults Per Week:  I am your ‘on-call’ weight loss consultant at any time throughout the month.  Contact me via. e-mail anytime.  Not sure what to eat?  Losing motivation?  Did an unexpected challenge come up and throw your weight loss plans for a loop?  Email me right away and I will get back to you with tips, advice, motivation and support.


NOTE:  I am located in the United States and I am on Eastern Standard Time (EST).  I am typically available between 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. EST and I try to respond within 1 hour (or often within minutes!) I will be sure to let you know about any problems with my expected availability. Ex: Weekends are a little more unscheduled.  In the unlikely case that I am unavailable for any major length of time you will be compensated with additional days of support at no extra charge.




Text Message Support

Unlimited Text Message Support:  If you are always on the go, your schedule is ever-changing and your phone is always within reach – this is the support for you!  Text me anytime (again, I am most readily available 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. EST)

Text me if your motivation is waning, your food choices are limited or if you are just having a frustrating day and need a pick-me-up!  Everything that affects your mood also affects your weight loss goals!  Text me about anything and I will text right back to give you instant support!
